Program name: Remi Instrument Update Texts, operated by Brauer Medical LLC dba Oak Tree Surgical (“we,” “us”).

Oak Tree Surgical is a registered trade name (DBA) of Brauer Medical LLC. These terms govern participation in the Remi text-message program.

What the program is

Remi is an optional, internal convenience tool for Oak Tree Surgical employees and contracted sales representatives. Participants log surgical instrument tray status updates by text message and receive one automated confirmation reply per update. This program is not marketing and is not offered to the general public or to patients.

How to opt in

You may opt in on our sign-up page or by texting START to our number. Consent is completely voluntary and is not required for employment, pay, or any transaction.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies (typically 1–10 messages per week).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
