SMS Privacy Policy — Oak Tree Surgical

Oak Tree Surgical ("we," "us") operates a text messaging service used by our employees and contracted sales representatives to log surgical instrument inventory updates.

Who receives messages. 

This service is for internal business use only. Only Oak Tree Surgical employees and contracted representatives who have opted in may send and receive messages. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not message the general public.

How we use your phone number. 

Phone numbers are used solely to receive your inventory updates and send automated confirmation or error replies. 

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. 

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Message frequency. 

Messaging is user-initiated. You will only receive an automated reply when you text an update to us. Typical volume is 1–10 messages per user per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of the service. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at matt@oaktreesurgical.com.

Data retention. 

Inventory updates submitted by text are stored in our internal inventory management system. Message logs are retained only as long as needed for business operations.

Changes. 

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page.
